Buffer Stock
To guarantee availability of the materials Sasco Holz keeps a dedicated buffer stock in reserve for you.
In case of logistics concepts the buffer guarantees the short-term availability of goods, within annual volume agreements it is available for call orders.

KANBAN
Kanban means the stockpiling of defined amounts (production bins) according to the pickup system. While one bin is used in production the second bin is available as a buffer. In addition, Sasco Holz typically keeps two bins available in the buffer stock. Your advantages from the Kanban processing are:

InPlant-Cares
Sasco Holz employees operate a stock at your location. Supply of goods by Sasco Holz employee according to a set-up list. You will be charged on material withdrawal.
Consignment Stock
A consignment stock is another solution offered by Sasco Holz helping to guarantee your supply and to reduce your capital lock-up. The stockkeeping at your location is electronically managed for defined components.
Vendor Managed Inventory
Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) means that goods are stored at your location and managed by Sasco Holz. You will be charged for the goods after reporting their withdrawal.
Storage Resource
Goods ordered by you are delivered in special storage resources. As a result, packing waste is eliminated. Immediate storage and visual consumption control of the products is possible.
