ePCN Management - Inbound & Outbound

- Product Change Notifications (PCN) delivered from various suppliers
|

- ePCN-Team in USA is validating and approving each individual Product Change Notification
- Product Change Notifications get a category and are saved in GCID database (Global Components Information Database)

|
- The PCN's are linked to the part numbers mentioned in the PCNs
- Distribution of these Information to all ARROW companies
|
|
- Matching of PCN information to active part numbers
System Check:
- Are there actual customer orders existent ?
- Have the products been sold in the last 24-36 month ?
- If the ePCN distribution is installed for these customers:
1. Additional Customer Information (e.g.): |
2. Consolidation of Information: |
> customer material number
> last delivery date
> last delivery quantity |
> Excel-File
> one Email per PCN |

- Distribution to end customer according to choosen parameters
|
The process starts again, as soon as new Product Change Notifications are inbound.
