Zetex now offers a comprehensive
range of LED
Drivers for a wide variety of
applications sectors and
technical requirements in
buck, boost and buck/boost
configurations.
Operating from 0.8 V through
to 60 V input supply, and
achieving efficiencies of up to
95 %, Zetex’ LED drivers can
drive from 1 to 16 high power
LEDs and operate with an adjustable
output current of up
to 1 A. They are available in a
variety of package configurations
which maximize the
power density and limit the
board space.
Simple to use and with low
quiescent currents, Zetex’
LED drivers minimize the use
of external components and
offer highly integrated solutions
to support a range of
flexible LED brightness and
thermal management
schemes. Output current can
be adjusted by simple resistive
control or by applying
either PWM or DC voltage signals
to the adjust pin. Soft
start features can also be
achieved.
Designed to be used in LEDbased
automotive, industrial,
emergency and architectural
lighting circuits and in general
illumination applications,
Zetex’ LED drivers can be
operated over the range of
–40 °C to +125°C and will
handle transient voltage incursions
of up to 65 V. Zetex’
range of LED driving solutions
are also available in a range of
price points in order to meet
all design demand requirements.
