Infineon's HITFET families

New family of products targets a wide range of protected, high voltage automotive/ truck and industrial applications.

Hitfet

Fault detection and protection are safety features indispensable today in all automotive and industrial applications. Circuit and load protection are required particularly in circuits driving high inductive loads or experiencing voltage transients.

Infineon HITFET (High Integration Temperature MOSFET) families are especially designed for applications requiring reliable and robust temperature, voltage or current protection. Additionally their input is ESD protected, offering also fault detection and diagnostic features.

With the introduction of a new family of six devices, Infineon is expanding its extensive portfolio of protected, high voltage MOSFET devices. The BTS 3028 (28mΩ), BTS 3046 (46mΩ) and BTS 3104 (104mΩ) are all offered in DPAK in latch and restart version.
