OptiMOS™-T – highest current P-channel MOSFET on the market

The OptiMOS™-T-P-channel automotive MOSFETs are designed to protect automotive electronic circuits from reverse battery connection. If connected as shown, they completely block the reverse current. Reverse battery protection is critical for motor control circuits that would be destroyed by a reverse battery connection. These devices also function as cost-effective replacements for high-side N-channel MOSFETs, since P-channel MOSFETs do not require a charge pump. As with all Infineon automotive MOSFETs, these products are fully automotive-qualified (AEC Q101), MSL1-capable up to 260 °C and compliant with green and RoHS regulations.
