Infineon TLE 7810/-24/-26 – new relay driver family offering new levels of integration

This single-packaged solution incorporates an 8-bit state-of-the-art microcontroller compatible with the standard 8051 core.

This System Basis Chip (SBC) also features On-Chip Debug Support (OCDS ) for fast time-to-market. The product family includes three devices scaling program memory from 16 Kbyte to 32 Kbyte. The SBC is equipped with a LIN2.0-compliant LIN transceiver, low-dropout voltage regulator (LDO) as well as two low-side switches (relay driver) and a power supply for Hall sensors (TLE 4966), for example. An additional high-side driver for LEDs is also available.
