Sasco Holz - The Solutions Distributor
As the solutions distributor of the Arrow Group, Sasco Holz GmbH offers its customers complete systems solutions. The broad product range includes not only active and passive components from renowned manufacturers, but also the Sub Systems business division, which concentrates on power supplies, displays, motion control encoders, chip card ICs, wireless modules and technical silicones for electronics. This is how, despite the extensive line card, Sasco Holz succeeds in closing the gap between broadline and specialized distribution, with a depth of service that is otherwise only offered by niche distributors.

The Formation of Sasco Holz GmbH
With Sasco Holz, a global distribution company was formed in July 2005 that is optimally set up for the demands of a constantly changing electronics market. Sasco Holz resulted from the merger of the two prestigious distributors, SASCO Semiconductor and Holz Elektronik.
SASCO Semiconductor was already established in 1966 as Steward Aeronautical Supply Company and increasingly developed into a semiconductor specialist over the course of time. After the new "Focus on Success" concept was introduced in 1998, SASCO could justifiably claim to be the design-in distributor in Central Europe.
Holz Elektronik GmbH was established in 1992 by Siegfried and Frank Holz and was already the first distributor worldwide for Siemens AG, Semiconductor Division in 1993. In 2004, the company became a member of the worldwide Arrow family through the Disway takeover.
